At Courtside Kicks, we strive to have our customers wearing their new shoes and/or apparel as soon as humanly possible. We process online orders within 1 business day of the order being placed and ship via UPS. If you’re a domestic customer, shipping times tend to vary between 1-4 business days. If you’re a Massachusetts local, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Tracking is provided once the order has been shipped and you will be notified via email with the tracking updates.
At Courtside Kicks, we take pride in offering high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, or you may need a different size or color. In such cases, we are happy to offer you an exchange for another item or store credit of the purchase amount, however, we do not offer cash refunds.
Our exchange policy is as follows:
- We accept exchanges for another item, size, or store credit.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- We do not limit the amount of time someone has to exchange as long as the product is in brand new condition and there is proof of purchase, including a receipt or the original tags still attached.
- If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available in-store, we will award you with store credit of the purchase amount, instead.
- If the new item you choose is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged or is not in brand new condition.
