Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We do not offer cash back returns, but we do offer exchanges on items purchased from us as long as they are still brand new with all accessories. Exchanges much be made within 30 days of the purchase. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will present you with store credit of the purchase amount, instead. If the new item you choose is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. If exchanging in store, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If exchanging an order purchased online, please reach out to info@courtsidekicksma.com with your order information. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged or is not in brand new condition.

At Courtside Kicks, every item we sell goes through a rigorous authentication process. Our team of experienced experts examines each pair of sneakers and piece of apparel in detail reviewing stitching, materials, quality, and UV sensitivity to identify any signs of replication.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day and are shipped via UPS ground. New England area customers can expect their orders to arrive within 1-3 business days. Other locations typically take 3-5 business days. If you need an order expedited, please reach out to info@courtsidekicksma.com. Please note expedited shipping will require additional payment.
